My first time in Hawaii and I am very happy that I stayed here at this hotel. It's very safe and near attractions. I was travelling alone and I loved the fact that I made friends.
We had a problem in our room where the shower flooded (part our fault as we forgot to shut it down). The front desk resolved the issue right away and had us move to a different room. Apparently, we're not the only one who had this happened before good thing, the front desk was really awesome and resolved the issue right away. We needed a room fast because my youngest was super sleepy and throwing a tantrum.
You know that feeling when you stay at a hotel and you feel that you are being processed? Well, that feeling is absent here. The staff are genuine and provide you with really friendly service.
